In 2013, the collective 1/2 is invited for a one-month artist residency in Tbilisi, capital city of Georgia. The music is like a soundtrack through Georgia and its music culture. As a member of 1/2, Laure Boer takes traditional Georgian instruments, polyphony and field recordings as starting points for own compositions. The album also features recordings of street musicians, traditional choir polyphony and other musicians met by chance.
